Ingredients

  • 4 - hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1 tbsp - Soy sauce (as per your taste)
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 2 sprigs - spring onion, chopped finely
  • 3 - cloves
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Egg Manchurian

  • Heat a pan and melt butter in it.
  • Add Soy sauce and cloves to this.
  • Add eggs and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, turning them slowly all the time.
  • When brown in colour, remove them.
  • Slice them in a plate.
  • Garnish with spring onion.
