How to Make Egg manchurian with potatoes

  • Boil the eggs and slice into halves.
  • Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  • Add onions and cook over low heat till onions are tender.
  • Keep stirring occasionally.
  • Add potatoes with 1/2 cup water and simmer till cooked
  • Mix corn flour in a little water till smooth
  • Add corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to the pan. Stir well.
  • Add eggs and green chillies
  • Bring to a boil and remove from heat
  • Serve hot
