Ingredients

  • 5 - Egg
  • 1/2 kg - Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 1 - small Onion chopped finely
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • How to Make Egg manchurian with potatoes:

    1. Boil the eggs and slice into halves.
    2. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
    3. Add onions and cook over low heat till onions are tender.
    4. Keep stirring occasionally.
    5. Add potatoes with 1/2 cup water and simmer till cooked
    6. Mix corn flour in a little water till smooth
    7. Add corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to the pan. Stir well.
    8. Add eggs and green chillies
    9. Bring to a boil and remove from heat
    10. Serve hot
