Ingredients

  • 2 - hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 sprig - spring onion, chopped finely
  • 3 - Cloves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg Manchurian with Spring Onions

  • Heat a pan and melt butter in it.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, cloves and saute
  • Add sliced boiled eggs and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning them slowly, continuously.
  • Remove from fire when they turn brown.
  • Slice them, garnish with spring onion and serve.
