Ingredients

  • 4 - Onions
  • 5 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 piece - ginger, small piece
  • 5 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3 - tomatoes, medium size
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • 3 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 6 - Egg

How to Make Egg Masala with Indian spices

  • Boil eggs, shell them and keep it aside
  • Heat oil in the pan and add onions, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste.
  • Fry onions till it turns yellowish brown
  • Add tomatoes and fry properly.
  • Slit the boiled eggs and put them in the pan. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder and salt on the eggs
  • Stir it, cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves
