  • Eggs - 4
  • Fenugreek leaves- 1 bunch
  • Onion - 1
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garlic cloves - 4
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Egg Methi Bhurji

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and splutter
  • Then add garlic and when the garlic turns golden brown add onion and saute
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
  • Then add the fenugreek and cook it for some time
  • Finally pour, pour the eggs in to the fenugreek and cook
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatti or paratha.
