Ingredients

  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 6 - Garlic cloves, finely chopped (or 1 onion, finely sliced)
  • 1 bunch - Methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
  • 2 - eggs, beaten well with 1/2 tsp - salt and 1/2 tsp - pepper powder

How to Make Egg Methi Leaves Bhaji

  • Wash and clean methi leaves and chop finely.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped garlic / sliced onion and fry till golden brown in colour on a low to medium heat.
  • Add chopped methi leaves and stir well for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Add beaten egg.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Adjust salt and pepper powder / sprinkle red chilli powder.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on a low to medium heat for 10 minutes or till methi leaves are well combined with egg mixture.
  • Open the lid and stir continuously for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice/rotis.
