Ingredients

  • 6 - hard boiled eggs, shelled and halved
  • 2 - big onions, sliced finely
  • 10 - green chillies, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tsp - chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic
  • 1 cup - thick coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg Molee in Coconut Milk

  • Heat oil in a suitable pan and lightly fry the hard boiled eggs for about 3 mins
  • When they turn light brown, add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix well so that the eggs are covered.
  • Cook on medium heat till the gravy thickens.
  • Serve with rice or bread.
