Ingredients

  • eggs - 5
  • Tomato puree - 1 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes - 3
  • Mustard paste - 2 tsp
  • Onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Bay Leaves - 2
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Egg Mustard:

    1. Boil the eggs. Then fry the eggs and potatoes in oil for 1 min with turmeric and salt.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and add in the bay leaves to splutter.
    3. Add mustard paste, tomato puree, ginger - garlic paste, onion paste and fry for 5 minutes, until it turns fragrant.
    4. Add potatoes, eggs, a little water, garam masala and cumin powder.
    5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    6. Serve hot with rice.
