Ingredients

  • Eggs - 5
  • Tomato puree - 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes - 3
  • Mustard paste - 2 tsp
  • Onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves - 2
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg Mustard

  • Boil the eggs. Then fry the eggs and potatoes in oil for 1 min with turmeric and salt.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add in the bay leaves to splutter.
  • Add mustard paste, tomato puree, ginger - garlic paste, onion paste and fry for 5 minutes, until it turns fragrant.
  • Add potatoes, eggs, a little water, garam masala and cumin powder.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice.
