Ingredients

  • 4 - hard boiled eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Make a thick paste of:
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 2 tsp - rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Water as required

How to Make Egg Pakora

  • Heat oil in a pan. Dip egg pieces in the paste (The pieces should be completely covered with the paste).
  • Deep fry the eggs till golden brown.
  • Serve the pakoras hot with green chutney
