Ingredients

  • 4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped into pieces
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 2- Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp - chopped, Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - baking soda
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Egg Pakoras:

    1. Mix all the above ingredients together (except the oil) to form a sticky batter.
    2. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan till smoky.
    3. Drop in a teaspoonful of batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
    4. Drain and serve with tomato sauce.
