Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp - oil
  • 5 - eggs
  • 1/4 tbsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • 1.5 tbsp - dry chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp - milk

How to Make Egg Parota

  • Chop onions into small pieces. Heat a vessel with oil
  • Put chopped onions, saute for a minute and add ginger paste
  • Fry until it becomes semi-brown
  • Then break the eggs into the mixture
  • Put dry chilli powder and salt. Mix the curry well
  • Cover the vessel and cook for about 5 mins stirring at intervals
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
