  • 4 brown bread slices
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small Tomato (cut into tiny cubes)
  • 1 Onion (cut into tiny cubes)
  • 1 Green chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • Salt as required
  • Sandwich Cream
  • Low fat Butter unsalted

How to Make Egg Pepper Sandwich

  • Mix the onions, tomatoes, green chilly, sweet and sour sauce, pepper and salt and stir well.
  • Add the beaten eggs to this mixture.
  • Brush a frying pan with butter and pour the egg mixture fry till dry.
  • Keep the fried filling aside.
  • Spread some sandwich cream on to 2 of the bread slices and fill in with the fried filling.
  • Put the other slice and close the sandwich.
  • Toast the sandwiches in a toaster and put them in a serving dish.
  • Serve the sandwiches with sliced cucumbers and boiled potatoes.
