  • eggs - 4
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • Chicken sausages
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Egg pizza:

    1. Finely chop all the vegetables.
    2. In a pan, heat oil and sautee them.
    3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
    4. Beat the whites well and add the egg yolks to it.
    5. Add salt and chilly powder to this mixture. It should be beaten well, light and frothy.
    6. In a frying pan, heat the oil and gently pour the beaten eggs over on low flame.
    7. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly on top.
    8. Make thin sausage roundels and top it on the eggs.
    9. Sprinkle it with mozzarella cheese and a pinch of oregano.
    10. Cover and cook it on low flame.
    11. Takes around 15-20 minutes on low flame till the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked.
    12. Once the pizza is done, cut slices and serve it with hot garlic bread.
