Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 - eggs
  • chaat masala
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • oil
  • How to Make Egg Platter:

    1. Boil 5 eggs, peel and cut length wise.
    2. Break one raw egg in a bowl.
    3. Sprinkle a little of the raw egg over the chopped boiled eggs.
    4. Deep fry these egg pieces and sprinkle spices.
