How to Make Egg Platter

  • Boil 5 eggs, peel and cut length wise.
  • Break one raw egg in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle a little of the raw egg over the chopped boiled eggs.
  • Deep fry these egg pieces and sprinkle spices.
