How to Make Egg Poach Curry

  • Heat oil, add red chillies, add all masala and chopped onion. Fry till done
  • Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and tomato pulp and fry till dry. Add 2 cups of water and salt.
  • Cook till gravy is thick.
  • Crack open the eggs and drop them in boiling gravy. Boil till yolk is set
  • Serve
