Ingredients

  • 2 - Egg
  • 4 cup - Onion paste
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato pulp
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 2 - Red Chillies
  • How to Make Egg Poach Curry:

    1. Heat oil, add red chillies, add all masala and chopped onion. Fry till done
    2. Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and tomato pulp and fry till dry. Add 2 cups of water and salt.
    3. Cook till gravy is thick.
    4. Crack open the eggs and drop them in boiling gravy. Boil till yolk is set
    5. Serve
