Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp - oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1.5 tbsp - dry chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 3 tsp - Milk
  • 1 - onion, large

How to Make Egg Porutu

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add sliced onions, fry for few mins.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry until it becomes semi-brown.
  • Then add eggs | Put dry chilli powder and salt. Mix well
  • Cover the kadai and stir at intervals
  • After 4 mins remove from flame
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with rice or chapatti
