Ingredients

  • 6 - Egg
  • 1/4 cup - plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup - grated Paneer
  • 1/4 cup - melted Butter
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder

How to Make Egg Puff

  • Beat the eggs till they are fluffy
  • Mix rest of the ingredients (if the mixture is very thick, add 1 tbsp water)
  • Mix it with beaten egg and blend well
  • Pour it in the baking dish.
  • Put it in preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake it for 30-35 mins
