How to Make Egg Pulusu Telangana Style

  • Make a paste of onion and cumin
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds
  • When they splutter, add curry leaves
  • Now add the onion cumin paste and fry well until onion mixture is reddish brown in colour
  • Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and fry for 3 mins
  • Add desiccated coconut powder and fry for another 5 mins
  • Add the tamarind pulp and eggs, bring to a boil
  • Finally add coriander powder and garam masala powder
  • Can be served hot with rice or roti
