  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups - maida,
  • 1 - big onion, chopped and soaked in 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • A dash - Tomato sauce, chilli sauce
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Grated carrot, capsicum, Cucumber
  • Oil for roasting
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Egg Roll:

    1. Knead the maida with sufficient water and a little salt to make a soft dough
    2. Divide into four balls, and roll them into chapattis
    3. On the tava, roast the chapattis with some oil, and set aside.
    4. Beat an egg with some salt and pour it on the tava to make an omelette.
    5. Place the chapatti over the omelette immediately, before the omelette is cooked. Cook both sides.
    6. Remove to a thick oil paper. Sprinkle the chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, and salt on the chappathi.
    7. Add the grated vegetables, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and a few drops of lemon juice on it.
    8. Now roll the chapatti, and then roll the paper over it
    9. Serve immediately
