  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups - maida,
  • 1 - big onion, chopped and soaked in 1 tsp vinegar
  • Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • A dash - tomato sauce, chilli sauce
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Grated carrot, capsicum, cucumber
  • Oil for roasting
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Egg Roll

  • Knead the maida with sufficient water and a little salt to make a soft dough
  • Divide into four balls, and roll them into chapattis
  • On the tava, roast the chapattis with some oil, and set aside.
  • Beat an egg with some salt and pour it on the tava to make an omelette.
  • Place the chapatti over the omelette immediately, before the omelette is cooked. Cook both sides.
  • Remove to a thick oil paper. Sprinkle the chopped onions, green chillies, red chilli powder, and salt on the chappathi.
  • Add the grated vegetables, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and a few drops of lemon juice on it.
  • Now roll the chapatti, and then roll the paper over it
  • Serve immediately
