  • Egg - 2
  • Onion - 50 g
  • Green chilli -1
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Coriander leaves -2 sprigs
  • Salt -to taste
  • Oil -5 g
  • Maida - 50 g
  • Rice flour -5 g
  • Oil - to fry and to coat
  • How to Make Egg Rolls:

    1. Hard boil eggs and remove the shell and chop it in to pieces
    2. Chop onions, chilli, ginger and coriander leaves and saute in oil
    3. Remove from flame, add salt and eggs
    4. Prepare a dough with maida, salt and water and keep aside
    5. Roll into large chapattis, smear oil and sprinkle some rice flour
    6. Pleat them, then roll into a circle and then roll out into a thin round
    7. Cut each into small squares, add some filling and close and seal the edges
    8. Deep fry till done.
