Ingredients

  • 10 - slices sandwich bread
  • 50 g - Butter
  • 5 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 6 - boiled eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - chopped Cucumber
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tsp - Lime juice
  • How to Make Egg Salad Sandwiches:

    1. Butter one side of all the bread slices
    2. Chop the boiled eggs and mix it with all the remaining ingredients
    3. Spoon the salad mixture on to the buttered slices
    4. Then cover with the remaining slices
    5. Remove the crusts and slice each sandwich diagonally
