Ingredients

  • 10 - slices sandwich bread
  • 50 g - butter
  • 5 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 6 - boiled eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - chopped cucumber
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tsp - lime juice

How to Make Egg Salad Sandwiches

  • Butter one side of all the bread slices
  • Chop the boiled eggs and mix it with all the remaining ingredients
  • Spoon the salad mixture on to the buttered slices
  • Then cover with the remaining slices
  • Remove the crusts and slice each sandwich diagonally
