Ingredients

  • 6 - hard boiled Egg
  • 6 stalks - Celery
  • 4 - carrots, grated
  • 4 - red radishes
  • 1 - Cucumber
  • 1/4 litre - Curd
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Juice of - 1/2 Orange
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Parsley

How to Make Egg Salad with Curd Sauce

  • Combine the curds, sugar, salt, pepper, lime and orange juice and mix well. Chill for 1/2 an hour
  • Slice the hard boiled eggs. Shred the celery and spread on a dish
  • Arrange the sliced eggs on the celery. Cover with the grated carrot
  • Cut the radishes and cucumber into fine slices and arrange along the edge of the dish
  • Cover with the curd dressing and sprinkle with parsley
  • Chill again and serve
