Ingredients

  • 6 - hard boiled Egg
  • 6 stalks - Celery
  • 4 - carrots, grated
  • 4 - red radishes
  • 1 - Cucumber
  • 1/4 litre - Curd
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • Juice of - 1/2 Orange
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Parsley
  • How to Make Egg Salad with Curd Sauce:

    1. Combine the curds, sugar, salt, pepper, lime and orange juice and mix well. Chill for 1/2 an hour
    2. Slice the hard boiled eggs. Shred the celery and spread on a dish
    3. Arrange the sliced eggs on the celery. Cover with the grated carrot
    4. Cut the radishes and cucumber into fine slices and arrange along the edge of the dish
    5. Cover with the curd dressing and sprinkle with parsley
    6. Chill again and serve
