Ingredients

  • 4 -bread slices
  • Mix together:
  • 2 -hard boiled eggs, chopped finely
  • 1- small onion, chopped finely
  • 1- green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2- capsicum, chopped, finely
  • 1/2 -boiled, potato, chopped finely (optional)
  • 1 tbsp -chopped Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp -mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp -grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder or chaat masala

How to Make Egg Sandwiches

  • Butter the bread on one side
  • Place the mixture on two slices, spreading evenly
  • Cover the bread with the remaining two slices
  • Cut the sandwich into half.
  • Serve.
