  • 1 cup - boiled potatoes, chopped finely
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 slices - ham, chopped
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 50 g - grated cheese
  • 4 - small sized heat proof bowls
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • How to Make Egg Snack:

    1. Brush the bowls with butter and keep it on a flat dish.
    2. Mix the potato, onion and ham. Divide the potato mixture evenly between the four bowls.
    3. Beat the eggs, coriander leaves, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    4. Pour the egg mixture over the potato mix, sprinkle grated cheese and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes or until the eggs are set and cheese melts.
    5. Serve hot.
