  • 1.5 cup - Whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Corn flour (white)
  • 1 cup - Honey or 1/2 cup Honey +1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup - Olive oil
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • 2 apples (peeled and grated finely)
  • 1/2 cup - Walnuts (chopped)
  • How to Make Eggless Apple and Walnut Cake:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Either line a baking sheet on a baking pan or use a silicon round baking pan, as it does not need greasing.
    3. Sieve the whole wheat flour, corn flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and keep aside.
    4. Take the honey, olive oil, yogurt, milk in another bowl, whisk everything well until together.
    5. Gradually add the flours into the wet ingredients, mix well with a spatula, but don't over mix
    6. Add the grated apples, chopped walnuts, mix and pour the batter into the silicon baking pan.
    7. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes in the middle rack of the oven.
    8. Take off the Bake cake and keep aside to cool completely.
    9. Enjoy for snacks or breakfast with your favourite drink.
