Ingredients

125 g - Maida

2 - Bananas

1/8 cup - oil or Butter

1/8 - cup Milk

1/4 cup +2 tbsp (65 g) granulated Sugar

1/2 tbsp - baking powder

1/2 tbsp - baking soda

1/2 tbsp - vanilla essence

2 tbsp - Walnuts

Method

  1. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda together and keep aside.
  2. Grind banana to a smooth paste and add milk, oil, vanilla essence to it and fold in sugar and mix well until the sugar melts.
  3. Now add the sieved flour to it, and mix well until creamy consistency.
  4. Then add chopped walnuts to it (reserve some for topping).
  5. Preheat oven to 190 deg C.
  6. Meanwhile spoon the mixture in the muffin tray till 3/4th full, add in the remaining walnuts and bake for 20 - 27 mins.
  7. Check after 20 mins and the bake again if needed.
