  • 2 cup - plain flour
  • 2 cup - powdered sugar
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 5 tsp - cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup - butter
  • 2 tsp - baking powder
  • 2 tsp - custard powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract

How to Make Eggless Chocolate Brownies

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and powdered sugar until it turns soft and creamy.
  • To this, add milk and stir well.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and beat until all the ingredients mix well and form a smooth batter.
  • Grease a baking pan and smear some flour on it.
  • Pour the batter into the baking pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 30-35 mins
  • Insert a toothpick or skewer in the centre of the dish. If it comes out clean, the brownies are done.
  • Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
  • Cut into square pieces and serve with vanilla ice cream or a glass of chilled milk
