  • 1/2 pack - Marie/tea biscuit
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 cup - dry Coconut powder
  • 3/4 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - powdered elaichi
  • How to Make Eggless Chocolate Rolls:

    1. Powder the Marie/Tea biscuits in a blender, add cocoa powder, and milk and knead it into a smooth pliable dough. The consistency should be like that of chapatti dough. Keep aside.
    2. Mix the coconut powder, sugar, elaichi powder, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
    3. The mixture should be sticky and not too powdery.
    4. Make a lemon sized ball from the cocoa-biscuit dough.
    5. With a rolling pin roll it out into a thick chapatti.
    6. Spread the coconut-sugar mixture all over the chapatti and roll it up to a cylinder shape. Keep aside.
    7. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
    8. Freeze the rolls for about 30-45 minutes.
    9. Remove from freezer and cut them width wise.
    10. Store in air tight containers in the refrigerator and serve cold.
