Ingredients

  • 2 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup - Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cayenne chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk

How to Make Eggless Cinnamon and Chilli Chocolate Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
  • Mix together the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and baking soda. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl, beat together the sugar, ricotta cheese, oil and milk until the sugar gets well mixed.
  • Now, add the cinnamon and cayenne chilli powder. Give a quick mix.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix gently. Don't overmix.
  • Pour enough batter to the greased silicon mould and bake for 15-20 minutes in the middle rack until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
