  • 2 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup - Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cayenne chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • How to Make Eggless Cinnamon and Chilli Chocolate Muffins:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
    2. Mix together the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and baking soda. Keep aside.
    3. In another bowl, beat together the sugar, ricotta cheese, oil and milk until the sugar gets well mixed.
    4. Now, add the cinnamon and cayenne chilli powder. Give a quick mix.
    5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix gently. Don't overmix.
    6. Pour enough batter to the greased silicon mould and bake for 15-20 minutes in the middle rack until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
