  • 1 cup - semolina
  • 1/2 cup - All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Clementine juice
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 1 tbsp - Clementine rinds
  • 1 tsp - Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • A few Sugar pearls
  • How to Make Eggless Clementine Semolina Cake:

    1. Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
    2. Mix together the all-purpose flour, semolina, baking soda and baking powder in a large vessel.
    3. Beat together the sugar, yogurt, oil, Clementine juice and Clementine rinds until the sugar gets dissolved.
    4. Add gradually the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until everything gets well mixed. Don't over mix.
    5. Grease a loaf pan and pour the cake batter. Sprinkle the sugar pearls on the top.
    6. Arrange the mould in the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes until the skewer comes out clean.
    7. Cool it completely. Slice the eggless Clementine cake and serve.
