  • Grated coconut - 2.5 cups
  • 1/3 cup - All-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup - Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup - Mixed nuts (Broken)

How to Make Eggless Coconut Macaroons

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the cookie tray.
  • Sieve flour and baking powder. Now, combine the sweetened condensed milk, salt and vanilla extract.
  • Stir in nuts and coconut. Mix well. Drop the mixture using a spoon onto the greased cookie tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or till they become golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
