Ingredients

  • 4 slices - bread
  • For batter:
  • 1/2 cup - rava
  • 1/2 cup - yogurt
  • A handful - onions, chopped
  • 1/2 - Tomato chopped finely
  • Green chilli - chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt
  • A pinch - Turmeric powder

How to Make Eggless French Toast

  • Mix all the ingredients for the batter
  • Dip each piece of bread in the batter and coat both the sides
  • Heat a flat non stick pan. Add 1/2 tsp oil. Place the bread slice on it
  • Add few drops of oil along the edges. Cook on medium flame for about 3 mins
  • Flip the bread and toast the other side for a few more minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup.
