Ingredients

  • 1 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - Wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup - Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup - organic Molasses
  • 1/3 cup - vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup - water
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1.5 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon (plus 1/2 tsp mixed with little Sugar for sprinkling)
  • 4 tsp - ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp - ground Cloves
  • A few drops - vanilla extract

How to Make Eggless Ginger Snaps

  • In a large bowl sift and mix together the dry ingredients
  • In another bowl mix the wet ingredients and whisk till completely dissolved
  • Now mix both till completely blended and preheat oven to 350 degree F
  • Roll the dough into small balls and then cover them with cinnamon sugar
  • Place them in a baking sheet and flatten them lightly with the bottom of a glass tumbler
  • Bake them for 10-15 min till the edges turn brown
  • Cool them for 10-15 min
