  • 2 cups - mixed berries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - cornstarch
  • For Ice cream:
  • 2.5 cups - fresh cream, chilled
  • 1 cup - milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup - mixed berries sauce
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • How to Make Eggless Mixed Berries Ice cream:

    1. Mixed Berries Sauce:
    2. Cook the berries, sugar and lemon juice in medium heat.
    3. Mash the berries and stir occasionally, once the berries are soft and juice oozes out, add the cornstarch and stir quickly.
    4. In high flame cook for few minutes until the sauce reach the desire thickness.
    5. Cool it completely and store in the refrigerator for a week.
    6. For Ice cream:
    7. In a bowl whisk together the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
    8. In a large bowl, take enough ice cubes, now place the milk mixture bowl inside, pour the fresh cream and beat it with a beater until it becomes thick.
    9. Now add the mixed berries sauce to the thickened mixture and beat again for a while.
    10. Transfer this smooth mixture to an air tightened box and freeze for maximum of three hours.
