  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - butter, melted in room temperature
  • 1 cup - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 100 g - dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 5nos - chocolate chunks
  • How to Make Eggless Molten Lava Cake:

    1. Sieve the flour with baking powder and baking soda, keep it aside.
    2. Melt the chocolate with butter in microwave oven for 2 minutes.
    3. Blend the sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate.
    4. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    5. To the sweetened condensed milk-melted chocolate mix, add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    6. Fill the well-greased ramekins with enough batter, drop a chocolate chunk to the centre of the ramekin.
    7. Take care to cover well the chocolate chunk.
    8. Bake for 15 minutes in middle rack.
