Ingredients

  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - butter, melted in room temperature
  • 1 cup - sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 g - dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 5nos - chocolate chunks

How to Make Eggless Molten Lava Cake

  • Sieve the flour with baking powder and baking soda, keep it aside.
  • Melt the chocolate with butter in microwave oven for 2 minutes.
  • Blend the sweetened condensed milk and melted chocolate.
  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • To the sweetened condensed milk-melted chocolate mix, add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Fill the well-greased ramekins with enough batter, drop a chocolate chunk to the centre of the ramekin.
  • Take care to cover well the chocolate chunk.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in middle rack.
