  • 4 cups - bread flour /all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp - active Dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup - confectioner's Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - Butter, softened+ Butter for brushing
  • 1 cup - Luke warm Milk
  • Nutella as per needed
  • How to Make Eggless Nutella Crescent Rolls:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
    2. Add the active dry yeast, sugar and salt to the lukewarm milk and let this mixture sit for 5 minutes, until it turns foamy.
    3. Now add the softened butter, confectioner's sugar, bread flour, and the foamy yeast mixture, water (if needed) and knead as a soft and smooth dough.
    4. Arrange this dough in a greased closed bowl and keep this bowl in a warm place for two hours until the dough doubled their volume.
    5. Knead well until the dough turn soft.
    6. Divide them into two balls.
    7. Dust the balls with enough flour and roll as medium sized large circles.
    8. Cut the circles as quarters, then cut again as quarters to get 8-12 quarters.
    9. Drop a teaspoon of nutella spread over it and roll as crescent.
    10. Brush generously and arrange them over a baking sheet lined over a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
