Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats, grind coarsely
  • 1 tsp - Orange zest
  • 1/4 cup - Orange juice
  • 1.25 cups - yogurt
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract

How to Make Eggless Oats and Orange Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350F.
  • Sieve the flour with baking soda and baking powder, add the rolled oats to the flour and keep it aside.
  • Meanwhile beat together the butter and sugar until they turns soft.
  • Mix orange juice, orange zest, yogurt and vanilla extract and beat well.
  • Now add gently the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix well with a spatula.
  • Pour enough batter in greased muffins tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
