  • 10 - Yellow peaches (ripe)
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 cups - Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup - Mascarpone cheese

How to Make Eggless Peach Mascarpone Ice Cream

  • Peel the peaches and cut them roughly.
  • Cook the peaches with 2 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt until they turn soft.
  • Blend the softened peaches into a smooth puree and keep aside.
  • Whisk the heavy cream and sugar until the sugar gets well dissolved, then add the already prepared peach puree and mascarpone cheese and whisk well.
  • Pour this mixture into a box or stainless steel bowl and freeze.
  • After an hour, take out the slightly frozen ice cream into a blender, beat for a few minutes, pour again into the box and let it sit in freezer overnight.
