  • 10 - Yellow Peaches (ripe)
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 cups - Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup - Mascarpone cheese
  • How to Make Eggless Peach Mascarpone Ice Cream:

    1. Peel the peaches and cut them roughly.
    2. Cook the peaches with 2 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt until they turn soft.
    3. Blend the softened peaches into a smooth puree and keep aside.
    4. Whisk the heavy cream and sugar until the sugar gets well dissolved, then add the already prepared peach puree and mascarpone cheese and whisk well.
    5. Pour this mixture into a box or stainless steel bowl and freeze.
    6. After an hour, take out the slightly frozen ice cream into a blender, beat for a few minutes, pour again into the box and let it sit in freezer overnight.
