  • 1.5 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • 1 cup - Oil
  • 2 - Pears (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup - Boiling water
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp - Apple cider Vinegar
  • How to Make Eggless Pear and Oats Upside Down Cake:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Line a baking sheet over a baking tray, arrange the sliced pears over the baking sheet and keep aside.
    3. Meanwhile take the all-purpose flour, rolled oats and baking powder, mix and keep aside.
    4. Beat the yogurt, sugar and oil until the sugar gets well dissolved, add the baking soda and apple cider vinegar and give a whisk.
    5. Add the wet ingredients along with boiling water to the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spatula.
    6. Pour the cake batter over the sliced pears and bake for 20-25 minutes in middle rack until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
    7. Keep aside and let it cool completely.
    8. Enjoy with a cup of coffee.
