How to Make Eggless Pumpkin, Oats and Nutella Muffins:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the sugar and butter until they turn soft and creamy.
Meanwhile mix the flours, baking soda and baking powder.
Add pumpkin puree to the sugar-butter mixture and beat until the puree gets well mixed.
Add all the dry ingredients along with milk and mix well with a spatula (don't overmix).
Pour the muffin batter over the muffin pan until 3/4th the level of the pan, gently drop the nutella spread in the centre of the muffins, arrange the muffin pan on the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
