Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup - Butter (at room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • 1.5 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • Nutella spread as per need

How to Make Eggless Pumpkin, Oats and Nutella Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Beat the sugar and butter until they turn soft and creamy.
  • Meanwhile mix the flours, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Add pumpkin puree to the sugar-butter mixture and beat until the puree gets well mixed.
  • Add all the dry ingredients along with milk and mix well with a spatula (don't overmix).
  • Pour the muffin batter over the muffin pan until 3/4th the level of the pan, gently drop the nutella spread in the centre of the muffins, arrange the muffin pan on the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Serve warm.
