Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - Whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • 2 cups - Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • Oil for cooking
  • How to Make Eggless Ragi and Oats Pancakes:

    1. Take the rolled oats, ragi flour and whole wheat flour in a bowl, add the buttermilk and let the mixture sit for half an hour.
    2. Add the sugar, baking soda, baking powder and oil and make into a thick batter.
    3. Heat a few drops of oil, pour a ladleful of this pancake batter and cook well on both sides.
    4. Serve warm with nutella spread or maple syrup.
