  • 1 cup - Brown rice flour
  • 1.5 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - Confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp - Dark chocolate powder
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp - Sesame seeds

How to Make Eggless Sesame and Chocolate Biscuits

  • Beat the butter and sugar until they turn soft and creamy.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  • Mix the flours, chocolate powder, sesame seeds and baking powder together and gradually add to the butter-sugar mixture until you get a soft and stiff dough.
  • Roll the dough with rolling pin and cut into biscuits with cookie cutter.
  • Arrange the biscuits over the lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  • Store them in airtight box.
