Ingredients

  • 200 g - flour/maida
  • 200 g - Butter
  • 1 tin condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - soda bicarbonate
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • How to Make Eggless Tea Cake:

    1. Sieve flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate together and keep it aside.
    2. Mix butter and condensed milk together.
    3. Add vanilla essence.
    4. Slowly add the flour.
    5. Beat lightly till well mixed.
    6. Pour into a greased baking tin and bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
