  • 1.5 cups - All purpose flour/Maida
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 100 g - Butter
  • 4 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda/sodium bi carb
  • 1/2 cup - Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup - Soda water
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence or Chocolate essence
  • 4 tbsp - Tutti fruity
  • Egg replacer:
  • 2 tbsp - Water
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Eggless Tutti Fruity Cake:

    1. Mix maida, corn flour, baking powder baking soda and salt well, in a large bowl.
    2. Powder the sugar.
    3. Soften the butter and beat it with sugar in a bowl.
    4. Add the egg replacer, condensed milk and essence to the beaten butter and sugar and beat again till smooth.
    5. Add this to the mixed flour and mix well.
    6. Add the soda water and mix well.
    7. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
    8. Lastly add the tutti fruity to the batter and mix well.
    9. Grease a baking tray with butter/oil and pour the mix into the tray.
    10. Decorate it with Chocolate chips or Chocolate vermicelli
    11. Bake for 35 minutes or until the cake is done, you can check by inserting a knife, if it comes out without sticking, then your cake is done. After done, cool down and then slice it and enjoy.
