  • 1.5 cups - All purpose flour/Maida
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 100 g - Butter
  • 4 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda/sodium bi carb
  • 1/2 cup - Condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup - Soda water
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence or Chocolate essence
  • 4 tbsp - Tutti fruity
  • Egg replacer:
  • 2 tbsp - Water
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Eggless Tutti Fruity Cake

  • Mix maida, corn flour, baking powder baking soda and salt well, in a large bowl.
  • Powder the sugar.
  • Soften the butter and beat it with sugar in a bowl.
  • Add the egg replacer, condensed milk and essence to the beaten butter and sugar and beat again till smooth.
  • Add this to the mixed flour and mix well.
  • Add the soda water and mix well.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • Lastly add the tutti fruity to the batter and mix well.
  • Grease a baking tray with butter/oil and pour the mix into the tray.
  • Decorate it with Chocolate chips or Chocolate vermicelli
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the cake is done, you can check by inserting a knife, if it comes out without sticking, then your cake is done. After done, cool down and then slice it and enjoy.
