Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Whole Wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup - Banana puree
  • 1/2 cup - All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp - Flax seed meal
  • 2 tbsp - Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup - Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • Salt
  • Oil as per need

How to Make Eggless Wheat, Banana and Flax meal Pancakes

  • Mix together whole wheat pastry flour, all-purpose flour, banana puree, yoghurt, baking powder, maple syrup, chocolate chips, cinnamon powder and salt.
  • Make a thick batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of this pancake batter and cook on both sides until they turn brown.
  • Serve warm along with maple syrup or honey.
