Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Rolled oats
  • 1.5 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Oil
  • 3 Bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Almond powder

How to Make Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Take the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, almond powder in a bowl.
  • Mix the mashed banana, oil, sugar and milk with a wooden spoon in another bowl until the sugar dissolves.
  • Gently fold in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Do not over mix the batter or else the muffins will turn hard.
  • Spoon the batter to the muffin tins and sprinkle few oats crumbs on the top and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it cool.
