  • 1.5 cups - Whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1.5 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Oil
  • 3 Bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/4 cup - Almond powder
  • How to Make Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Muffins:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Take the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, almond powder in a bowl.
    3. Mix the mashed banana, oil, sugar and milk with a wooden spoon in another bowl until the sugar dissolves.
    4. Gently fold in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
    5. Do not over mix the batter or else the muffins will turn hard.
    6. Spoon the batter to the muffin tins and sprinkle few oats crumbs on the top and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it cool.
