  • 1.5 cups - Whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 3 tbsp - Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - Strawberry puree
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp - Apple cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - Pumpkin seeds +1 tsp - for topping
  • How to Make Eggless Whole Wheat Strawberry Bread:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Grease a loaf pan and keep aside.
    3. In a large bowl, combine together the flours, pumpkin seeds, baking soda and sugar.
    4. In another bowl, mix the oil, yogurt, vinegar and strawberry puree well.
    5. Make an indent in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients.
    6. Stir together gently but don't over stir.
    7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on the top and bake for 25-30 minutes until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
    8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
    9. Serve with tea or coffee.
