  • 1 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • A pinch - turmeric powder
  • A pinch - asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Eggplant Crispies

  • Cut the brinjal into thin round slices.
  • Make a paste with the ingredients by adding water.
  • Apply the paste on both sides of the brinjal and shallow fry in oil.
