Ingredients

  • 3-4 boiled eggs
  • 15-20 black Grapes
  • 5-6 Walnuts
  • 10-12 Pine Nuts
  • 5-6 salad leaves
  • Salt, pepper and Oregano
  • 2 tbsp. - salad oil
  • 1 tsp - black salt
  • How to Make Eggs and grapes salad:

    1. Mix salad oil and vinegar in a bowl.
    2. Add seasoning. Mix well.
    3. Arrange salad tray with salad leaves.
    4. Shell the eggs and slice them.
    5. Arrange eggs on a bed of salad leaves.
    6. Place grapes (cut in 2 pieces), pine nuts and walnuts.
    7. Sprinkle over with black salt. Sprinkle dressing over salad and serve.
