  • 4 hard boiled eggs (Peeled)
  • 2 cups boiled peas (Smashed)
  • 1/4 cup chopped French beans (Boiled and smashed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Carrots
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

How to Make Eggs and peas salad

  • Halve the eggs.
  • Scrape the yolk, keeping the egg in boat shaped
  • Mix peas and French beans, salt and pepper
  • Fill the egg halves with peas mixture
  • Mix egg yolk and mayonnaise in a bowl and beat well
  • Spread over peas on each egg halves
  • Garnish with carrots
