  • 4 hard boiled eggs (Peeled)
  • 2 cups boiled peas (Smashed)
  • 1/4 cup chopped French beans (Boiled and smashed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Carrots
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • How to Make Eggs and peas salad:

    1. Halve the eggs.
    2. Scrape the yolk, keeping the egg in boat shaped
    3. Mix peas and French beans, salt and pepper
    4. Fill the egg halves with peas mixture
    5. Mix egg yolk and mayonnaise in a bowl and beat well
    6. Spread over peas on each egg halves
    7. Garnish with carrots
